I found the hotel very nice and neat. The beds offered great comfort and featured nice pillows. The staff was consistently helpful and displayed great professionalism. The front desk service provided by Nuno proved particularly helpful and accommodating. I also appreciated the electric kettle with coffee and tea supplies available in the room.
The sound isolation was not optimal, as I could clearly hear noises from the corridor and adjacent rooms.

Breakfast offered a good selection of food items. The dining area was quite spacious. I observed two cafés with bakeries located a short distance from the hotel, providing additional options.

The room included toiletries. I appreciated the option to open the windows for fresh air. Hardwood floors were installed. This was a desirable feature. Air conditioning operated effectively, maintaining a comfortable temperature, there was also a TV in the room.

My 'standard double room' was super clean, it included an electronic safe. the breakfast included pastel de nata which was really tasty. The staff were helpful!

I found beds very comfortable. Rooms are spacious. A quiet room was mine on the backside on the 7th floor. Breakfast presented good variation.
The entire hotel seemed a bit run down I thought. Hallways and rooms were stuffy. Shower and bathtub drain would drain very, very slow.
